Lafia Homes LLC is a high quality endor dedicated to providing high-quality home and community-based services (HCBS) to eligible individuals with disabilities.

Caregivers at Lafia Homes offer:

  • Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Medication reminders
  • Companionship and social support

Caregivers must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid government-issued ID
  • Pass a background check
  • Complete required training (CPR and First Aid certifications may be required)
  • Have a caring and empathetic nature

Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not always required.

Lafia Homes offers training to ensure caregivers meet professional standards. Training includes:

  • Proper lifting and transfer techniques
  • Infection control and hygiene
  • Medication assistance protocols
  • Emergency response procedures

Scheduling is based on client needs and caregiver availability. Flexible shifts are available including part-time, full-time, overnight, and weekend options.

Compensation depends on experience, certifications, and specific client needs. Caregivers are paid hourly, with opportunities for bonuses depending on the workload.
